P2P Business Development: Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in the P2P space in LATAM. 2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the LATAM market. 3. Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with local partners, regulators, banks, and payment providers to support business growth. 4. Strategy Development: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, content creation, and promotional activities. 5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current regulations and provide strategic advice to ensure compliance. Requirements: 1. Experience: 6+ years of proven success in a similar Business Growth or BD role at a blockchain/crypto company, financial institution, or bank in LATAM. 2. Skills: Deep understanding of local communities and the crypto space in LATAM, bilingual in English and Spanish.
