Key qualifications include: - 8+ years of formal leadership experience in large IT organizations - Experience leading complex, large-scale IT programs and projects - Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, including the ability to influence C-Suite/VP leaders - Experience leading large-scale technical programs with a proven record of thought leadership and successful program completion - Direct experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects
