As a high-growth SaaS organization expands its Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, we are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations (Analytics) to lead data-driven strategy across revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role is central to building reliable, actionable insights that inform sales, marketing, and customer success decisions. This is an ideal role for a strategic thinker and analytical problem-solver with deep RevOps experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain GTM KPI frameworks to measure success. Design and implement reporting infrastructure for sales and marketing metrics. Lead sales planning activities including territory planning, segmentation, and quota modeling. Drive strategic analytics projects such as pricing, market entry, and campaign ROI analysis. Prepare high-level insights and reports for QBRs, board meetings, and leadership reviews. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales Strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, NRR, win rates, funnel velocity, pipeline coverage). Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Eloqua. Experience managing GTM systems architecture and data integration. Skilled in lifecycle and cohort analysis, ARR forecasting, and pricing strategy. Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located.
