Lead the development and management of a unified, forward-thinking IT infrastructure across two physical locations and remote staff. Focus on streamlining data, enhancing system integration, and fostering a cohesive tech ecosystem to support company-wide digital initiatives. Ensure seamless operations through data centralization, system optimization, and strong collaboration with leadership to meet evolving organizational needs. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks across the organization to ensure efficient operation. Test, analyze, map, and implement changes in ERP software systems as required, including expanding or modifying current systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Streamline company data from multiple platforms to a few centralized platforms for improved data accuracy and increased efficiencies in workflow. In collaboration with an external IT provider, manage network infrastructure and monitor network performance, including providing support for hardware and software troubleshooting and issue resolution. Collaborate with senior leadership to determine system and software requirements needed to meet the demands of the organization. Manage the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems, office equipment, and new employee workspaces, including Active Directory, Cisco Phone Systems, etc. Provide technical, functional, and process support for users. Maintain relationships with vendors for IT-related products and services. Manage inventory of IT equipment and order new equipment as needed. Oversee special projects as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Marketing. Qualification and requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; secondary technical education/certification required. 3-5 years of relevant network/IT experience required; work experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience with ERP systems required; Oracle NetSuite ERP strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Understanding of how system configurations impact operational workflows and how data is utilized across business operations required. Ability to work with limited oversight, engage with various levels of management, and translate technical information into layperson language required. High level of attention to detail required. 10%-15% travel may be required. Applicants chosen for employment will be required to submit to a criminal background check and drug screening.
