About the Opportunity The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain business relationships with potential clients through regular phone calls and emails. This will be a 100% English-speaking position focused on the U.S. market. Aprende Recruiting connects businesses with qualified professionals, offering job opportunities to thousands of Spanish-speaking individuals in the United States through strategic partnerships with medium- and large-sized companies in various industries. Key Responsibilities - Contact Management (85%) - - Identify and contact potential clients from provided lists via calls and emails to generate interest in our services. - Present Aprende Recruiting's solutions to decision-makers (HR, recruiters, talent acquisition leaders). - Schedule meetings for the Head of Partnerships. - Maintain prospects' interest by conducting structured follow-ups. - New Business Development (15%) - - Identify new business opportunities that align with our ideal client profile within the provided list. - Document key market insights and specific company needs. Performance Metrics - Ensure compliance with quality parameters to build strong client relationships and foster new partnerships. Information Management and Reporting - Record all interactions in HubSpot CRM to maintain an organized pipeline. - Follow up with interested prospects and reschedule meetings as necessary. Process Optimization - Evaluate information handled during interactions to contribute to the optimization of our tools and processes.
