Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative [SDR] who wants to be part of the founding sales team at a fast growing staffing and recruiting agency. This role is designed for someone who wants to be on the ground floor of building a sales team from scratch, youll work directly with the founder to conduct cold calls, test messaging and evolve the outbound processes. Key Responsibilities: - Make 500+ cold calls per day, 5x a week for 2500+ cold calls - Maintain an active professional presence on Linked In to engage potential clients. - Utilize Hub Spot and Apollo to manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring each interaction is logged and leveraged to advance the sales process. - Develop a deep understanding of client needs within the staffing industry to offer tailored solutions effectively. - Adapt to evolving market conditions and internal company changes with agility and foresight. Requirements: - 1+ year as a successful SDR, overachieving quota - High level of business acumen with the ability to anticipate client needs based on industry trends and individual client contexts. - C1 level English proficiency, with exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing. - Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sales and professional growth. - Coachable, can immediately apply and implement feedback given Whats in it for you: - Salary: $1000-$1500 USD per month, plus a competitive commission structure, OTE of $24,000 to $32,000 per year - Opportunity to work with a leading staffing agency dedicated to the SaaS B2B sector - Access to ongoing training and professional development in advanced sales techniques and industry-specific knowledge. - Flexible, dynamic work environment that values creativity and impactful contributions.
