Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Specialist Location: Remote (PST/EST hours preferred) Hours: Full-time
Scope of the Job We’re looking for a hands-on, data-savvy Social Media & Influencer Specialist to take full ownership of our growing presence on TikTok Shop . This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, creator partnerships, and performance marketing —perfect for someone who understands both the creative energy and strategic impact of TikTok’s unique ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our TikTok Shop: from optimizing product listings and tracking performance metrics, to coordinating influencer collaborations , running in-app promotions, and working directly with our TikTok account representative to drive results. This is not a management role . We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes social media , takes initiative, and gets things done. You’ll also lead influencer outreach , manage gifting programs , and grow community engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook . What You’ll Do 📌 Shop Management & Optimization Maintain and update product listings with fresh content, optimized titles, and accurate inventory Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries within 24 hours Track shop health & compliance metrics (ODR, shipping time, customer satisfaction)

📌 Performance & Reporting Track shop performance metrics (sales, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and flag trends/issues Report weekly on marketing KPIs (traffic sources, product clicks, ad ROI) and adjust strategy accordingly

📌 Affiliate & Creator Collaborations Manage affiliate and creator partnerships through TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace Coordinate and schedule live selling sessions with product demos and exclusive offers Launch TikTok-exclusive promotions to drive urgency and conversions Identify, pitch, and partner with relevant micro and mid-tier influencers Launch and manage gifting programs to generate authentic content Build and maintain a community on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Track performance, optimize outreach, and stay ahead of platform trends

📌 Promotions & Advertising Run and update in-app promotions (flash sales, product bundles, discount codes) Launch and manage Spark Ads to boost high-performing organic content
Requirements ✅ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or TikTok Shop management ✅ Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop backend (Creator Marketplace, campaign setup, shop management) ✅ Strong understanding of TikTok content trends, creator ecosystem, and platform best practices ✅ Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies ✅ Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment ✅ Excellent communication skills — able to manage creators, customers, and internal stakeholders




Bonus: Experience running paid media on TikTok (Spark Ads or in-app promotions) Experience coordinating live shopping sessions Background in working with influencer/affiliate programs
