Senior Product Intelligence Analyst We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Intelligence Analyst to drive insightful reporting and elevate our understanding of customers and the product. This pivotal role will focus on developing in-depth analysis of our FMA mobile application, identifying fraudulent uses, and creating actionable insights for business stakeholders. This critical position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide data-driven recommendations using Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of metrics, analytical skills, and experience working with at-scale mobile/clickstream data. - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with stakeholders and monitor their impact on product releases and changes. - Become the go-to resource for business users, providing expert analysis and actionable insights to inform business decisions. - Promote strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs and ensure adequate instrumentation and metrics are in place. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, comfortable with tight deadlines, and possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with leaders. Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: - A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science). - At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a minimum of 1 year focused on working with large-scale mobile/clickstream data. - Strong SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). - Deep analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data sets.
