Job Description: - Monitor and ensure adherence to defined processes and quality standards in line with SLAs and KPIs. - Implement corrective actions where performance gaps are identified, using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. - Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year leading teams in a shared services or logistics environment. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite. - English proficiency: B2 to C1 level (spoken, written, and listening). - Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
