We are seeking a remote Account Manager to join our team in Colombia. Responsibilities: - Cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects and grow the customer base. - Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts. - Analyze reports to identify existing and potential sales opportunities and focus sales efforts accordingly. - Complete all sales processes, including paperwork, to meet sales objectives. - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and prospects using company software; produce weekly reports. - Investigate customer complaints, develop solutions, and recommend actions. - Understand each customer’s needs to build strong, long-term relationships. - Maintain ongoing communication with long-term customers. - Develop and sustain positive relationships with support departments such as warehouse, customer service, and accounting. - Coordinate in-store sales training with vendors and customers. - Attend vendor training sessions to enhance product knowledge. - Provide exceptional ongoing customer service for your accounts. Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer service. - Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both written and verbal. - Ability to engage with decision-makers effectively. - Experience in wholesale distribution, retail, or manufacturing (preferably with over 1000 SKUs). - Experience with B2B sales; retail sales experience is a plus. - Proven ability to cold call and acquire new business. - Strong customer service skills and ability to develop long-term client relationships. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to acquire in-depth product and market knowledge. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Willingness to use Teramind software.
