Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Director of Client Success. This role will involve leading a team responsible for managing post-sale and operational relationships with clients, driving client success outcomes, and maximizing client benefits realization and value from our products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Client Success Managers to drive client satisfaction using net promoter scores (NPS), survey results, objectives and key results (OKRs), and other factors. - Provide strategic, functional, and technical leadership for all operational activities for applicable clients, including cross-functional delivery of systems and services. Requirements: - 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree, or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD. - Demonstrated expertise in payment systems, including authorization and clearing systems, client connectivity, and settlement services. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain outstanding business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior and executive management levels. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated expertise at strategically solving complex global cross-functional issues, evidenced by critical thinking and sound judgment. - Outstanding ability to steer cross-functional teams through high-impact, unprecedented, complex business issues. - Demonstrated expertise of AI concepts and applications, and how they can be leveraged to create value for our clients.
