Our Team We have a Product Operations Team that supports clients throughout the recovery process, ensuring healthy levels of collections, service, and goal achievement. The team consists of a quarter Product Manager, a quarter Business Analyst, a quarter Management Advisor, and a quarter professionals with diverse skills. - Operational Strategy: We design and execute strategies to support clients effectively, influencing third parties when necessary. - Communication: We foster clear and consistent communication with our team and stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress and market challenges. - Scalability and Integration: We prepare operations for accelerated growth by integrating new products or processes in a controlled manner. - Project Creation and Implementation: We align the global collections strategy with the local market through project management, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and coordination between teams. Responsibilities Include: 1. Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities, and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment. 2. Being the bridge between the Engineering team and the Regulatory team. Translate the regulatory needs into backlog items. 3. Lead the day-to-day operations of the Engineering team (Scrum Master / Product Owner). 4. Track and report critical business and SLA/SLO metrics from all the integrations established with third parties. Requirements We're looking for an experienced Product Operations professional who has: - 5+ years of experience in similar roles. - Previous experience in Collections. - Fluent or native Spanish and English. - Proven experience building roadmaps for tech products. - Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products. - Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area of the company encompassing third parties. - Overall business acumen. Understanding the unit economics of different financial services products is a plus. - Capacity to navigate in ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization. - Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management. - Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery.
