This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, and a knack for finding business value in data insights. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dashboards, perform intermediate modeling and forecasting, ensure data quality and integrity, and automate processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as a liaison between departments, and coordinate directly with Data Engineering. - Strategize with clients, analysts, and leaders to identify gaps in projected vs actual performance and drive informed decision-making. - Provide training and onboarding support for Analysis, tools, and directional learning initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Statistics (or other quantitative focus). - Strong proficiency in PowerBI, Looker, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Python/R, and Predictive Modeling. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience. - Passion for using data to drive business solutions and solve complex problems.
