The Offer - Join a market leader within Ecommerce / Marketplaces - Great work culture - Opportunity to make a positive impact The Job The Graphic Designer produces digital content encompassing emails, social media posts, digital ads, infographics, and promotional materials for online platforms. They create visually captivating packaging designs and innovative concepts, collaborate on trend-setting ideas, and generate visually appealing graphics for branding, advertising, and presentations while staying attuned to emerging creative trends and technologies. The ideal candidate brings a background in marketing and social media, is tech-savvy, and has experience with AI or a strong passion to learn. They are a self-starter, capable of taking on tasks independently, and can pivot seamlessly between tasks in a highly agile, fast-paced environment. Video and motion graphic experience is a significant plus. Duties / Responsibilities : - Produce digital content such as emails, social media, digital ads, infographics, and other promotional materials including content for online marketplaces - Designing packaging products and concept - Generating innovative, creative and relevant ideas, presenting these concepts and articulating the arguments of these creative approaches - Develop graphics and visuals for product branding, advertising, email blasts, logos, and digital content - Retouch images, select colors, images, text style, and layouts for various projects - Create retail merchandising signage, floor displays, and product labels - Prepare / design sales presentations and mock-ups - Assist team, while utilizing own artistic ability, skills, training, and creativity to help create trend-forward design results - Must be current with the creative marketplace, the trends, innovation, including up to date on new techniques and technology - Perform all other duties as assigned The Profile Qualifications : - 4+ years of experience with hands-on retouching, color management, graphic disciplines / digital design experience - 2+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc is highly preferred - Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) - Experience with AI generators for photo and video (or a willingness to learn) - Experience with printing process and file preparation - Experience with Web Design, Landing Page platforms, email marketing platforms, and ad platforms - Knowledge of branding, typography, color, and graphic principles - Must have an online portfolio with a variety of work (preferably e-commerce) - Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications The Employer Our client is a US-based textile brand dedicated to providing exceptional home products to families worldwide.
