**Responsibilities**: - Identifying company staffing needs, understanding the requirements for each position and area through meetings with area managers. - Recruiting applicants on a global scale, and across a variety of industries (From Oil and Gas to IT) - Create job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the skills and qualifications required for open positions. - Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or comparable experience. - 3-5 years of experience with sourcing and recruiting. - Advanced English level, both written and verbal **_(mandatory)._**: - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is fully remote, contract role allows one to operate from their laptop in their home office. The expected weekly working hours per week is 40. The pay is hourly.
