Requirements - 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative or marketing agency. - Strong verbal and written English skills, with fluency and confidence in client meetings. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - Leadership mindset and team coordination experience, with the ability to motivate and direct others. - Super organized and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball. - Experience with CRMs, with the ability to effectively use these tools to inform business decisions. - Comfortable conducting interviews and representing the organization in talent conversations. - Proactive, positive attitude, with no hand-holding needed.
