About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating development activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and building a high-performing team. - Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop detailed project plans. - Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration. - Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring timely completion of projects. - Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity. - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have: - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Web technologies like Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, RxJS, ngRX, Bootstrap. - Understanding of SOAP/REST/GraphQL web services & standards. - Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment. - Knowledge on Continuous integration tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, BitBucket. - Good knowledge on Source Control Management (Git / Stash). Soft Skills: - Strong planning, communication, and organization skills. - Problem-solving and team working skills. - Excellent leadership and management skills. - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
