Job Description This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday; 40 Hours per week; 9AM to 5PM Toronto time.


Responsibilities:
Assist with documentation and record keeping, including filing and data entry Execute orders and shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Follow up on orders, deliveries, and other tasks as assigned Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to provide updates, gather information, or resolve issues Handle tickets and requests from clients or suppliers Prepare and send quotes to clients as required Social Media Management for the brand
Requirements Experience in an administrative assistant or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented and organized Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
