Job Title: Enterprise Program Director We are seeking a seasoned program director to oversee complex enterprise software development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of the program. This role supports driving alignment between work streams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining clear communication channels with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee program management including coordination with clients, 3rd parties, and internal stakeholders. - Ensure delivery against milestones by applying change, risk, and resource management principles when needed. - Measure and report on key performance indicators and make improvements as needed. - Engage with airline customers' executives, subject matter experts, and business leads to manage relationships and understand their needs. - Supervise teams of delivery managers, project managers, and business analysts. - Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive teams. Requirements: - Proven track record as a successful program director or manager of a complex IT project in the commercial airline industry. - Knowledge of current program management methods and best practices. - Experience partnering with engineering teams. - Experience managing teams and budgets. - Excellent executive reporting, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experience working with c-level stakeholders.
