Electrical Engineering Instructor The position reports to the Support Services Specialist and is part of ABB's efforts to help industries become more efficient and cleaner. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct practical and theoretical training for apprentices in electrical engineering, electronics, power engineering, and control engineering. - Deliver knowledge and skills according to training regulations and internal plans; evaluate trainee performance. - Assist trainees in exam preparation and company and external projects. - Support the development of technical, methodological, and social skills in trainees. - Collaborate with partner companies, vocational schools, and industry chambers. - Develop and implement new teaching methods related to digitization. Qualifications: - Completed training as an electronics technician. - Additional qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman is preferred. - Several years of experience in vocational education. - Knowledge in control technology, VPS, and SPS. - Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting in building technology and power systems. - Excellent computer skills. - Fluent in German; English skills are a plus. - Independent, proactive, and eager to learn. - Team player with empathy.
