Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description This remote customer service and scheduling role offers the perfect opportunity to be the welcoming voice of a wellness business while making a real impact on clients’ health journeys. You’ll serve as the vital communication bridge between busy wellness practitioners and their clients, ensuring seamless scheduling and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and text messages from clients Manage appointment scheduling and handle rescheduling requests with professionalism and efficiency Proactively fill cancelled appointment slots by reaching out to available clients Conduct friendly outreach calls to members who haven’t scheduled recent sessions to encourage continued wellness engagement Connect with package holders nearing the end of their sessions to facilitate renewals and continued care Execute lead follow-up activities and client retention strategies to support business growth Provide responsive, caring customer service during business hours when practitioners are focused on delivering hands-on treatments
Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional phone and text interactions Previous experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management systems Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong customer service orientation with genuine interest in client satisfaction and retention Confidence in making outbound calls for relationship building and business development Basic familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems (training and access provided) Passion for wellness and helping others achieve their health goals
