Job Description The Creative Director, Global Talent Brand role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise Employment Brand initiatives, strategies, and candidate experience activities that position Sutherland as an employer of choice and differentiate us in the market. The role involves leading a team of graphic designers and content creators to shape Sutherland Talent Acquisition's voice across multiple candidate engagement channels, including social media, and coordinating with regional Talent Attraction teams. The focus is on enhancing our presence in the talent market and aligning employer brand strategies with Talent Attraction leaders across geographies. Founded in 1986, Sutherland has grown into a leading provider of business process and technology management services, supporting the entire customer lifecycle with analytics-driven solutions. - Online Marketing - Design and implement global social media strategies (brand guidelines, content, posting). - Monitor content metrics, engagement, reach, etc. - Review advertising models, budgets, and talent attraction metrics (CPA/CPH, applicants, CTR) with the Digital Marketing Lead. - Focus on Talent Acquisition goals: candidate engagement, attraction, sourcing, and effectiveness. - Offline Marketing - Create and oversee brand strategies for outdoor advertising, including target audiences, messaging, and placement. - Align offline initiatives with Talent Acquisition goals. - Content Strategy - Develop and lead the global content strategy for brand awareness, engagement, and attraction, collaborating with regional teams. - Lead content reviews for job ads and descriptions. - Coordinate photoshoots, videos, mentor designers, and oversee special campaigns. - Manage content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and review channels (Indeed, Glassdoor). - Contribute to the strategy for the Career Site and related platforms. Qualifications - Strong written and oral English communication skills. - Experience in content creation, digital marketing, graphic design. - Experience in employer branding, brand marketing, reputation management. - Background in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations, with understanding of sourcing and recruiting metrics and KPIs. - Experience developing content and talent attraction strategies in fast-paced recruiting environments. - Ability to adapt to challenges, communicate openly, and develop creative solutions. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Mastery of marketing, social sourcing, and candidate experience enhancement. - Proven ability to translate team activities into measurable business results contributing to organizational success.
