Job Title: Technical Support Engineer About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of technical issues escalated by our internal teams, ensuring a seamless troubleshooting process. - Leading internal escalations with Engineering and Product teams to ensure timely response and appropriate actions to mitigate customer impact. - Providing expert technical support on Accounts Payable (AP), Procurement, and Expenses-related issues, working closely with internal operational teams. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting ERP-related technical issues, including integrations with other systems. - Working closely with team leadership to identify emerging issues before they become widespread. - Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to knowledge-sharing across the team. About You: - You have 3+ years of experience in technical support roles, particularly within FinTech, SaaS, Financial Management, or Accounts Payables sectors. - You possess strong analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset and excellent communication abilities. - You are proficient in relational databases and SQL, with experience troubleshooting API integrations and MongoDB. - You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and customer escalations effectively.
