**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable activities within a dynamic and fast-paced Global Business Services (GBS) environment. Key Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures. - Analyze and resolve invoice matching issues efficiently. - Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. - Perform regular updates and validations of vendor master data. - Verify and validate the accuracy of invoices and supporting documentation prior to payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, resilience in the face of challenges, and a consistently positive and results-oriented attitude. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - 2 years of relevant work experience or combination of work experience and advanced education. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adopt new tools. Familiarity with accounting fundamentals and financial software.
