Drive Business Growth as a Director of Advertising Sales & Account Management We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in Bangkok, driving the commercial strategy for the APAC region. As a Director of Growth Advertising Sales & Account Management, you will oversee the inside sales and account management teams, responsible for building and scaling high-performing teams that deliver revenue growth and client satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you will need: - 8+ years in advertiser sales, account management, or general management, including 7 years leading commercial teams. - 5+ years managing and scaling inside sales or account management teams (SMB or Mid-Market). - A proven track record in hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining top sales and account management talent. - Experience mentoring teams and driving excellence in process and performance. - Expertise in Salesforce and data-driven approach to tracking team progress. - A strong grasp of digital technology, video, and ad tech ecosystems. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships across APAC. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales and account management strategy aligned with company goals. - Owning tens of millions in advertiser revenue targets and ensuring robust pipeline development. - Hiring, training, and performance-managing SDRs, Sales Managers, and Account Managers. - Establishing target markets and communicating Taboola's Ideal Customer Profile to direct effective prospecting. - Managing existing advertisers to drive incremental revenue through policy, finance, and campaign performance inquiries. - Collaborating closely with Country Managers and Enterprise Sales leadership on a unified go-to-market strategy. - Working with project implementation teams to manage client expectations and ensure successful onboarding and campaign execution. - Maintaining a competitive edge by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. - Creating a clear vision for the Growth organization's contribution to Taboola's long-term strategy. - Building high-performance teams, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving collaboration in a complex matrixed environment.
