Job Title: Administrative & Accounting Assistant Panthera Corporation is a global organization dedicated to the conservation of wild cat species and their ecosystems. The Administrative & Accounting Assistant will provide comprehensive support across accounting, administrative, and treasury functions for the Latin America Hub. This role contributes to regulatory compliance, efficient financial and administrative management, and proper documentation organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage digital document archiving of accounting records - Perform reconciliation of accounting and bank accounts - Respond to financial team requests, including income reports and bank reconciliations - Send accounting documentation to the fiscal accounting team at Panthera Colombia - Support the preparation of financial reports and monthly accounting closings - Create supplier and employee profiles in the NetSuite system - Provide support to staff and conduct weekly reviews of Chomer River data Additional Responsibilities: - Oversee supplier payments and manage financial obligations - Handle the legalization of advances and petty cash - Manage banking procedures such as certifications, requests, and downloading of payment receipts and bank statements - Support contract management, including renewals and legal documentation - Coordinate administrative logistics, including correspondence and quotations - Assist in audit processes and report preparation - Monitor inventory and fixed assets - Lead procurement processes and manage IT equipment and software licenses
