Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions, with experience in selling complex deals and navigating technical sales cycles. They will also possess excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to build strategic plans, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region - BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING SENIOR EXECUTIVES AND TECHNICAL BUYERS - Drive innovation and automation initiatives to enhance customer value - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and professional services Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry - Strong knowledge of service assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions - Proven track record of closing complex deals and meeting sales targets - Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to build strategic plans and prioritize tasks Why Join Us?
