We're looking for a Digital and Traditional Senior Media Analyst to manage campaign planning processes, support ad operations, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a primary point of contact for developing media strategies focused on online and offline media. You will need to maintain an orderly communication process with other areas and agencies to ensure that media providers and partners can execute our media campaigns without delays or issues. Main Responsibilities - Develop projects, strategies, and campaigns for various business units. - Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure all campaigns are correctly implemented and working well. - Oversee day-to-day campaign monitoring from planning, implementation, optimization, and closure, including results reports and presentations. - Traffic digital ad campaigns across platforms, maintaining updated assets planning and post-buy files. - Resolve any issues related to ad delivery, ensuring minimal disruption for campaign performance. - Create easy-to-understand dashboards for stakeholders using data visualization tools. - Reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual spend, resolving any issues promptly. - Manage the entire billing process for online and offline media campaigns. Essential Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in media analysis, ad operations, or a related role. - Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and ad trafficking processes. - Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software. - Proven experience using advertising management tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc. - Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for growth marketing campaigns. - English required. - Experience with billing and invoicing processes in a media context. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
