The GTM Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the re-architecture of our Salesforce instance, improving the management of our systems of record, and developing mechanisms for generating actionable insights to inform decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. This role requires a hands-on approach with experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and customer success systems. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate operational data into actionable solutions.
