Our team is composed of goal-oriented and strategic-thinking individuals and we are looking to add an Administration Specialist who will handle the delivery of key Administrative functions such as housekeeping, transportation, supplies inventory and requisitions for Purchasing. **If you are an Administrative Specialist aiming for a global career, do not miss this opportunity!** As an Administrative Specialist, you will support the Facilities and Property Management team in delivering key administrative functions. **Qualifications**:** Key Responsibilities** - Ensure compliance to standard procedures and policies in the delivery of services to internal and external clients; - Provide support from the compliance to Health and Safety Standards; - Attend to raised tickets in Altiris and close them within the agreed SLA; - Monitor the queue of respective Facility to avoid aging of tickets; - Provide feedback to the requesting parties on the status of their request if further details or approvals are needed; - Facilitate requests for Team Building Activities; - Handle the requisition for purchasing creation in PeopleSoft for various program/department requirements; - Receive delivery of goods and services for program incentives; - Handle the distribution of goods and services for program incentives and team building requirements; - Attend to various requests of the programs/departments such as printing services, meeting room reservation, transportation services, client visits logistics, etc.; - Ensure proper manning of the telephone to address request and queries of the programs; - Coordinate with vendors on the delivery of goods and services and other concerns such as payment status; - Coordinate with leasers for staff houses; and - Coordinate with the concessionaires, together with the Cafeteria Committee on various concerns and issues. **Qualifications** - With at least 1 year related working experience Willing to work in shifting schedules and extended hours (only if needed) - Ability to work with mínimal supervision to complete assigned tasks - Above average written and oral communication skills - Preferably a graduate of any Business course
