Compliance Lead **Security and Compliance Site Lead, Global Information and Security** The Security and Compliance Lead oversees the Compliance to the TTEC Information Security Policy and compliance to the Contractual Standards. Functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The role exists to ensure regular auditing of all internal departments takes place to drive calibration across the infrastructure. **Compliance Lead Exists** - As a channel of communication to receive and direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution - As a final internal resource with which concerned parties may communicate after other formal channels and resources have been exhausted. **Daily Responsibilities** - Propose and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure all risks are mitigated - Solve for and mitigate new risks in an evolving and always changing work environment - Ensure Security and Compliance is maintained without reasonable risk or impact to the business goals - Develops initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct - Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Training, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution - Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that Security and Compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved - Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates Security and Compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends - Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future - Work in collaboration with appropriate client organizations to resolve any external Security and Compliance findings - Conduct regular internal audits of both the Physical and Logical Security and Compliance areas.
