Business Growth Specialist This role will focus on developing and executing strategies to drive growth and consumption of our WhatsApp Business Platform among mid and large-sized clients in the Andean region. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, preferably in a SaaS sales environment. The role requires both building and delivering success with key clients by providing tailored solutions based on business needs and leveraging platform capabilities. - Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and create targeted solutions to meet their needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to build and deliver customized solutions. - Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth against goals, including reviewing forecasts and assessing risks. - Present compelling value propositions and commercial structures to drive measurable outcomes. - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision makers across various stakeholders to gain mindshare on WhatsApp as a platform for driving business results. - Act as a trusted advisor to help clients transform their business and improve overall experience.
