The Profile What We’re Looking For If you’re passionate about paid social, love diving into data, and thrive on results, you might be our perfect match. Here’s what you’ll bring: Must-Haves: 3+ years in digital advertising, with experience in direct response marketing. Exceptional quantitative reasoning and a love for data analysis—think Excel wizardry. Proven track record managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month). Strong attention to detail and organizational superpowers. Stellar communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours a must! Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools. Multi-platform expertise (Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest). Experience working alongside creatives or crafting social media content yourself.
