Description Sales Back Office Associate supports the efficient functioning of our company's backend operations by assisting with administrative tasks and operational processes. This involves working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth account activation, product setup, and ongoing support for our customers. Main responsibilities Assist in the activation of accounts and products, following established procedures. Aid in setting up email domains, ordering numbers, and other activities to support account activation. Assist in configuring free trial and test senders for accounts. Support the creation and management of user accounts, under supervision. Assist with setup and maintenance of billing addresses. Learn to implement Automatic Price features on the account level. Support price changes and route updates for accounts. Assist in reviewing sender costs (, Viber, WhatsApp) Assist in operational workload to support Customer-facing organization. Learn to evaluate internal processes and identify areas for improvement under supervision. Assist in suggesting process adjustments to optimize operational work. Support Partnership teams in the process of creating new customers in Salesforce and setting up accounts in Super User. Learn to facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new accounts. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; bachelor's degree preferred. Some experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous. Basic understanding of business operations and customer service principles. Familiarity with software applications such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt. Advanced English.
