We seek a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager for the Marketing organization to lead and oversee the execution and optimization of marketing programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, written and verbal, and organizational skills to drive the development of quality projects to completion in a timely manner. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Global Demand. Specific responsibilities will include: Executing and managing end-to-end marketing programs that align with the company's strategic goals and brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, global, and field marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution and alignment of visual design and messaging. Leading the planning and coordination of campaign timelines and deliverables to meet campaign objectives and deadlines, including working within established SLAs. Identifying and escalating concerns related to scope, timing, or budget as needed. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and team members, ensuring smooth and timely communication. Organizing, attending, and facilitating marketing project kickoffs. Establishing and driving efficient project management processes, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery. Supporting and maintaining brand guidelines and messaging framework to ensure consistency across all campaigns. Leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. The Candidate: Required skills/qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5 – 8 years proven experience in marketing project management, focusing on campaign development, visual design, and messaging alignment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Asana and/or SmartSheet for project management tasks, such as setting objectives, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members efficiently. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above. Preferred skills/qualifications: Master's degree. Project management certification.
