Leadership Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Process Development Manager to lead our Process Development Team. This position involves leading a team of process engineers in advancing new products, processes, and technologies. This role oversees the development and management of people and processes required to ensure functional excellence and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality manufacturing processes to customers. About the Role: - Lead engineering teams to develop highly capable, scalable, and robust manufacturing processes and technologies, and successfully transfer into operations. - Collaborate with R&D; and Manufacturing teams to create innovative and manufacturable product designs. - Lead teams in the achievement of organizational goals, including recruiting, guiding, coaching, directing, and developing direct reports and organizational talent. - Ensure knowledge-driven approach to process and product development, and that functional excellence is exhibited in all product and technology development projects. - Prioritize and manage execution of functional deliverables and projects associated with the Product Development Process and Quality System. - Create an inclusive, high-performance environment while fostering a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. - Demonstrate effective change leadership. - Build strategic partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to further departmental and organizational objectives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and 7+ years of related work experience; or master's degree and 5+ years of related work experience. - 3+ years' experience as a leader of technical people. - Team-oriented approach to projects drives collaboration and execution in technology areas. - Experience providing guidance to and training engineering teams associated with development projects, motivating individuals to achieve results, and driving objectives to completion while maintaining a strong working environment. - Agility to adapt to rapidly changing demands and priorities, driving innovative solutions and operational excellence. - Ability to travel internationally up to 10%.
