About the Opportunity As an Institutional Business Development Director, you will play a key role in shaping growth initiatives and driving institutional sales across the LATAM region. You will collaborate with regional teams to improve performance, provide tailored solutions for complex challenges, and mentor team members on effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Co-develop growth strategies with the Team Leader and propose strategies for achieving them. - Identify and drive institutional sales opportunities, building a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities from consulting to advisory services with institutional clients in the LATAM region. - Identify competency gaps in regional teams and propose strategies for bridging them. - Provide guidance to all team members on strategizing and prioritizing sales opportunities. - Develop client profiling, identifying previous success cases and developing them into viable efforts to repeat success. - Closed sales opportunities, particularly high-revenue and high-impact value deals. - Ensure prospects or new clients are in good standing and do not introduce risk to the OKX business. - Lead special projects within the wider team. We look for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record of building prospect pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals. Experience in managing a team and understanding regional territories are also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as extensive knowledge of products offered for institutional clients, are required.
