This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and a user-first mindset. Key responsibilities include user management, platform maintenance, data quality improvement, and change management. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic liaison between technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring that all platform developments support overall organizational goals. Benefits: - Competitive salary - Monthly Performance Incentive (only for full-time roles | based on given metrics |can range from $40 - $50) - Strong support system - Salary increase starting in your first year of employment (based on performance) - Health benefit ($30/month) - No computer activity monitoring - Training materials for upskilling provided - Paid holiday leaves (depending on the holidays that the client observes) - Paid sick leaves (sick leave convertible to cash if perfect attendance) - Paid planned leaves - Internet Allowance ($25/month) Key Responsibilities - User Management & Support - Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and licenses. - Provide user support and training to improve adaption and satisfaction. - Communicate platform updates to users and stakeholders. - Develop and deliver training sessions and maintain user guides and technical documentation. - System Configuration & Customization - Maintain and customize the Salesforce environment to fit user needs. - Perform system configurations and customizations, including: Workflows, Flows, Process Builder, Page layouts, & Reports - Manage sandbox environments and system deployments. - Integration Management - Oversee and manage integrations between Salesforce and other applications such as The Mortgage Office, Elevate, Hub Spot, and others. - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flows. - Data Management & Reporting - Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation rules, automation, and regular data management. - Create and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing analytics and performance tracking. - Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis. - Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Planning - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. - Develop and maintain a platform roadmap aligned with business goals. - Work with senior management on strategic initiatives and optimize platform features to meet evolving needs. - Cross-functional Support & Adhoc Projects - Support other departments to achieve organizational objectives and participate in cross-functional initiatives. - Execute larger ad hoc projects, special assignments, respond to urgent requests, and provide temporary coverage during resource gaps or transitions as needed. The Profile Requirements - Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with both Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and features, including workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and other automation tools. - Experience managing integrations with external systems (Mortgage Office, Hub Spot, Elevate, etc.) preferred - Salesforce Administrator Certification. - Proficiency in Excel and Office 365. - Experience in change management and governance. - Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and design scalable, best practice solutions. - Strong experience in user training and support, as well as technical documentation. - Experience with database management (TSQL, MySQL) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Amenable to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM PST (US/Canada) Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics report development and maintenance. - Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder). - Experience working with integrated applications such as Hub Spot, Phoneburner, Elevate UC, CoStar, Reply.io, Zapier, and similar tools. - A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and continuous improvement. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
