Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. 9. Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. 10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders. 11. Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into action. 12. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. 13. Prior leadership experience in hematology or related therapeutic areas. 14.
