Job Description This is a remote position. Scope 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm ET) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break, some Saturday availability if the candidate is willing and wants to work overtime Remote position, ability to work set hours on East Coast time 1-2 weeks of training provided by the practice Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails from patients Schedule appointments and follow up on cancellations/rescheduling Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Download lab results, update electronic medical records, and forward information to doctors Triage calls from English and Chinese-speaking (Cantonese/Mandarin) patients Provide a positive and professional experience for all patients Requirements Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin/Cantonese.
