With operations in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil, at Chiper we are customer obsessed and mission driven, keeping an eye out for hungry talent who want to join us in building the future of B2B e-commerce in Latin America **About Rol** You will be part of the leadership team at Chiper that proposes, designs, diagnoses, analyzes, and conducts audits to ensure inventory reliability and reduce losses, thereby ensuring the availability of the products that our customers see and request in e-commerce. As an Inventory Professional, you must work in an agile, planned, organized, and disciplined manner, ensuring the execution of counting schedules, analyzing trends for inventory optimization, legalizing the final disposition of products, and defining joint actions with operations that allow us to control the risks of product loss in the warehouses. **What You’ll Do** - Daily, analyze the results of key indicators and collaborate with the Fulfillment team to implement corrective actions. - During the operations Daily, review the previous night's report with the Warehouse Leader, focusing on net adjustments, productivity in counts, causes of blockages, and warehouse-related updates. - Review the previous night's report with the Warehouse Leader during the Daily meeting, focusing on net adjustments, productivity in counts, causes of blockages, and warehouse-related updates. - Verify inventory justifications and receipt updates daily, together with the Warehouse Leader. - Ensure that the designated inventory control team follows the established procedures and responsibilities for the inventory process on a daily basis. - Weekly, lead the follow-up session on findings with the technology team, ensuring resolution of any transactional issues related to the VIVO operating system. - Provide an update on operational status regarding control indicators, such as inventory losses, coverage of cyclical counts, net adjustments, blockage status, outputs, and action plans, in the weekly inventory finance meeting tailored to the reality of each warehouse. - Weekly, define and design schedules for reviewing expiration dates of sensitive categories or SKUs and share this information with the procurement team for at-risk references. - Review the status of blocked products, causes, action plans, and discrepancies between physical inventory and the VIVO operating system with the Warehouse Leader on a weekly basis. - Conduct weekly audits in the warehouse for specific processes (receipt, picking, verification, or dispatch) to identify risks or improvements, and manage them in collaboration with the Warehouse Leader. - Lead the follow-up session on plans and activities of inventory analysts on a weekly basis, ensuring their execution and providing feedback on process management by warehouse. - Monthly, define and design counting schedules based on priorities determined by the variability of impacted categories or references. - Present a monthly report to the finance team, detailing the legalization of discharges. - Ensure that the supporting documents presented to the finance team in the monthly report serve as a basis for requesting credit notes for product returns to suppliers, and ensure that discharge documents meet legalization requirements for donations or damages. - Present a monthly plan of initiatives aimed at resolving operational issues impacting inventory management, based on the needs of the national operation and aimed at controlling inventory losses. - When required, support investigations conducted by the Security Manager regarding findings related to product losses. **Required Qualifications** - Ability to lead teams and manage personnel. - Ability to work autonomously and proactively. - Capacity to create, anticipate, plan, analyze, manage, and solve problems. - Specialist in logistics or supply chain management. - Desirable 2 years of experience as inventory manager with national coverage. - Proficiency in standard inventory software. - Advanced proficiency in database tools and spreadsheets. **Why You’ll Love this Job** - Stay busy.
