Powered by EQT , we strive to constantly innovate and grow. Who are we looking for? A creative and detail-oriented CRM Specialist who supports our Digital Marketing team. Your mission will be to implement CRM strategies for our client and their artist portfolio, seeking to increase fan recognition, engagement, and loyalty. Required experience: 2 to 3 years. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination and Support: Manage CRM strategies that impact fan acquisition, retention, and value. Coordinate contests for fans. Collaborate with the legal department to develop sweepstakes terms. Analyzing fan data for retargeting. Support in the creation and maintenance of artist websites. Run online advertising campaigns that support our initiatives. Process payment orders and ensure timely invoicing. Segment audiences and schedule email and SMS communications. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities. Reports and Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies. Candidate Profile University degree in marketing, administration or related fields. Experience with Salesforce or another cloud marketing tool. ️ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excel proficiency and data analysis. Excellent communication and organizational skills. ️ Ability to manage multiple projects. ️ Bilingual (English and Spanish). Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics ).
