Warehousing Strategist About the Role: This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored warehousing solutions for national and international clients across various industries. You will be at the center of our Contract Logistics operations, connecting commercial, operations, implementation, and support functions to transform customer requirements into scalable logistics solutions. Your focus will be on dry warehousing, with occasional exposure to last-mile distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Create customized, data-driven logistics solutions (layout, storage, resources, technology). - Lead the design of warehouse layouts using AutoCAD and 3D tools (SketchUp, Class). - Build financial models (Excel) for cost estimation, P&L; analysis, ROI, and business cases. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement through solution pilots and process optimization. Client Engagement & Proposal Management: - Collaborate directly with clients during RFQs, tenders, and commercial presentations. - Lead workshops, identify business needs, and articulate value-added logistics solutions. - Present technical and commercial proposals with a consultative approach. Project Management & Implementation: - Act as a central point of contact coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. - Oversee solution deployments from planning through execution and post-implementation support. - Ensure operational consistency with standardized documentation, training materials, and process flows. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, ideally with multinational providers. - Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. - Strong skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and 3D layout/design tools. - Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics modeling, and commercial proposals. - Experience in building cost models and understanding of TIR, NPV, and P&L; structures. - B2+ level English for technical discussions, client meetings, and documentation.
