As a **Client care coordinator**, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Educate customers about their healthcare plans, including benefits, coverage options, premiums, copayments, deductibles, and network providers. - Assisting customers with filing insurance claims, explaining claim statuses, and resolving discrepancies or denials. - Interpret and explain insurance policies to customers, including terms and conditions, exclusions, and limitations. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the organization's database or customer management system. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other healthcare industry standards. - Strive to provide excellent customer service by addressing customers' needs promptly, professionally, and courteously. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Eager to learn. - Detail oriented. - Proactive. - Enthusiastic. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**: High school diploma.
