Business Analyst IT plays a pivotal role in the success of an organization. This individual is responsible for deploying leading-edge changes in CRM/ECC SAP, based on requirements and projects from the business. Key Responsibilities: - Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to identify business needs and develop required test scenarios/plans. - Collaboration: Work with product owners and partners to ensure understanding of priorities and develop technical design specifications for applications. - Agile Culture Development: Collaborate with the capability team to build an Agile culture within teams. - Design Solutions: Identify design problems and create usable solutions that meet business needs. - Relationship Building: Develop relationships with all partners across the organization. - Technical Support: Provide technical support, including on-call support for SAP ECC/CRM Applications, interfaces, and WRICEFS for the ETO business. - SAP Application Development: Follow established patterns, framework, and procedures to develop SAP Applications. - ABAP Developer Assistance: Assist other SAP ABAP Developers concerning ABAP, BOI, and OData services. - Tech Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve the use of SAP technologies and programming being used.
