We're looking for a Customer Success/Partner Ecosystem professional to help build and manage the most robust developer and third-party ecosystem for restaurants and foodservice brands. Responsibilities: - Manage partnerships with third-party providers, including agencies, loyalty programs, marketing services, data intelligence, and consulting firms. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge bases on all ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to support the onboarding of strategic partners. - Work with our Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and ensure partners adhere to best practices. - Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to drive business decisions. - Provide strategic direction to Client's teams on delivery, product enhancement, and developer support-related questions. - Work with Client's billing and accounting teams to establish reporting, billing, and collections processes with partners. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency (B2, B2+). - At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a partner-facing and account management role. - Proficiency in contract management and negotiation. - Demonstrated ability to handle inbound leads and support partner onboarding processes. - Excellent customer experience skills. - Strong relationship management skills, including experience working with other departments and external partners. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently. - Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to explain resolutions and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - On-Site Nice to Have (optional): - Experience managing and onboarding API partners. - Experience with SaaS platforms for enterprise clients. - Basic database management skills.
