For more information about Anthology and our career opportunities, please visit This position leads the implementation of our Reach CRM solution, which extends beyond traditional CRM to assist institutions with admissions, student success, retention, alumni, and advancement, allowing them to respond dynamically to each student's unique experiences and needs throughout their lifecycle. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the design and deployment of Anthology’s software solutions. This role involves working collaboratively to deliver solutions efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert, conducting business process reviews, facilitating complex design discussions, supporting testing and deployment, and leading customer training. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-starting attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer and project team needs. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Following established methodologies to meet project deliverables 2. Identifying optimal solutions to business problems within project scope 3. Providing documentation and training materials, including design documentation, technical specifications, user procedures, and test plans 4. Leading and delivering Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)/Power Apps projects from analysis to deployment 5. Communicating effectively with team members and customers 6. Recognizing and escalating risks and issues promptly 7. Engaging in continuous learning to enhance technical and industry knowledge 8. Fostering teamwork internally and externally 9. Participating in quality assurance reviews 10. Developing training materials and productivity tools 11. Contributing to business development when appropriate 12. Building positive, professional relationships with customers 13. Maintaining clear communication channels and responding to customer requests promptly 14. Providing regular progress reports to project managers and customers 15. Working collaboratively to meet project deadlines 16. Managing project goals and customer expectations 17. Reporting potential business opportunities and risks to the Project Manager The Candidate: Required skills and qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field 2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE 365 and Power Platform or similar CRM software 3. Strong business analysis skills and industry knowledge to design solutions addressing complex problems 4. Experience in delivering presentations and training in various formats 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral 6. Public speaking and training proficiency 7. Strong problem-solving and research abilities 8. Ability to work across global teams and independently 9. Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies 10. Analytical and critical thinking skills 11. Self-motivated with troubleshooting skills 12. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or higher Preferred skills and qualifications: 1. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform PL-200 2. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales MB-210 3. Microsoft Certified: Marketing Functional Consultant MB-220 4. Knowledge of MS Dynamics HigherEd Accelerator 5. Experience in Higher Education industry 6. Master’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field 7. Experience with Student Information Systems 8. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models 9. Familiarity with database and reporting software 10. Web development skills, including HTML 11. Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM projects 12.
