Job Description This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-growth natural products company as a Sales Representative/Closer, where you’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads in the booming cannabis cultivation industry. You’ll be helping licensed growers protect their valuable crops with clean, residue-free solutions that meet the most stringent state testing requirements. You’ll be working within a proven sales system that has developed a unique diagnostic approach, focusing on solving real customer problems rather than traditional product selling. Responsibilities Follow up on warm, pre-qualified inbound leads that have already been vetted through the company’s sophisticated funnel system Close deals with licensed cannabis growers throughout California’s expansive market of 8,500+ target prospects Master and implement the company’s proprietary “Zymes Closer Technique” - a proven diagnostic sales approach that prioritizes problem identification Conduct consultative sales conversations that focus on understanding customer challenges before presenting tailored solutions Manage leads and track sales progress using the GoHighLevel CRM platform Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions Convert pre-qualified, warm leads into closed sales through relationship-building and solution-focused selling Requirements Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in closing roles and revenue generation Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience highly preferred but not required) Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based sales environments Experience with consultative or diagnostic selling methodologies that prioritize customer problem-solving Ability to work part-time schedule initially (20-39 hours per week) with strong potential for full-time advancement Comfort with performance-based compensation structure combining hourly rates with commission opportunities Self-motivated professional who thrives in a results-driven environment with established processes and warm lead flow Benefits incentives and commissions provided
