Revenue Growth Manager We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Revenue Growth Manager to lead and scale our revenue operations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategy, owning the full sales funnel, and directly managing and growing a high-performing sales team. You will partner closely with key stakeholders to drive growth and market adoption of our contract intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a scalable GTM strategy across outbound, inbound, and partner channels. - Lead the sales team, including SDRs, AEs, and future sales hires, and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure success. - Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize processes to improve conversion rates and shorten cycles. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, gather customer insights, and ensure product-market fit. - Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards using industry-leading tools. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a leadership role. - Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in startup or growth-stage environments. - Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles with legal, compliance, or procurement stakeholders. - Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and pipeline development. - Experience with CRM software required. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (advanced proficiency required). - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and high comfort with ambiguity. - Passion for innovation and excitement about transforming the legal tech industry.
