Senior Business Development Manager We are working closely with a quantum software & AI company based in San Sebastian to find a Senior Business Development Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Drive product sales activities to achieve or exceed revenue objectives. - Collaborate with field and enterprise sales teams, as well as Channel partners, to develop strategies that drive revenue growth. - Contribute to all stages of the sales process. - Facilitate communication between sales and technical teams regarding product capabilities, success stories, and winning strategies. - Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. - Participate in industry events and conventions. - Develop and deliver advanced solution presentations to match customer needs using our products and services. - Identify and promote our company's advantages, positioning our products and services as superior to competitive offerings. - Coordinate technical support for demos, PoCs, and other evaluation processes. - Work with team members to create clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers. - Provide client feedback to product development and marketing staff. Requirements: - A proven track record of sourcing and closing significant new logo deals within a given territory. - Education: M.Sc./degree in sciences or engineering. - 10+ years of experience in sales or consulting, with a proven track record of success in selling engineering/technology applications. - Meet or exceed required sales quota. - Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.). - Ability to foster collaboration and coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers. - Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. - Travel: up to 50%. *[IPS]: Institución Privada de Salud
